Andy Magnificent Beach Front resort. Very not Celt maintained cabins, has got lawn bowls, Golf Course, swimming pool and lot of activities for kids, onsite camping spots also available, perfect place for the family to enjoy and relax.
Great park in general, Ive stayed twice now. Pleasant staff. Near/on the beach in beautiful bush land, lots of bird & wildlife. BUT during my recent visit, I was really disappointed to see quite a lot of rubbish around the general park area which I walked around a lot (& picked up a lot of on my way!). It broke my heart to see kangaroos with their joeys eating right beside discarded toilet paper. Which is the fault of disrespectful humans of course but then, unfortunately, the responsibility of the park to pick up. Otherwise, I would give more stars.
We arrived at 1:45pm after 2 long days in the car driving from Melbourne. Checked in and found we had no power. There were signs on a few of the light switches about what to do if there was a power outage so that suggests to me that its a regular occurrence. No power means no air conditioner, no jumping pillows, no water slides. When I asked at reception how long before the power would be on I just got a shrug of the shoulders. It took me 2 minutes on my phone to find details of the outage. When I asked the manager if there was any chance of a refund (wed been there for about 30 minutes) I got a flat no. Power came back on a 7:30pm!Grounds are lovely, beds were OK (a little soft). Place was packed but it is Summer school holidays. Nice place to stay, just be aware of the potential LONG power blackouts in Summer.
Great cabins, awesome tropical surroundings and excellent camp sites. This park caters far all, even has a conference room.We were blown away by the kangaroos that greeted us as we arrived.And all this 150m stroll from a pristine beach.
We have a lovely stay for our family reunion. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They made easy access for our 93 year old grandparents to get up into their unit. Great facilities to use for the reunion as we used the conference room. Half of the family camped and the other half staying in cabins. Would definitely stay again.
